Neuroimaging

Bioxydyn is experienced in the deployment of quantitative MRI methods for neuroscience in conditions including stroke, multiple sclerosis, neurodevelopmental conditions, dementia and neuro-oncology. Our collaboration with Queen Square Analytics enables advanced AI methods for patient stratification with a focus on multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer's disease.

We provide commonly-used techniques such as atrophy measurements and diffusion MRI measurements. We also provide methods more commonly seen in academic studies due to their complexity, including dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) measurements of subtle blood brain barrier dysfunction, MR Spectroscopy, relaxometry, and Anatomical Connectivity Mapping.

These measurements can be used to interrogate physiological phenomena, metabolism, drug effects and mechanisms of action in a wide range of neurological conditions.
